Dear Business Owner: It seems hard to believe a month has already come and gone since the Gala Dinner and Auction Event held at the lovely Mark O’Meara Golf Course in support of Christine’s Place in Huntsville. The evening was a remarkable success, thanks in part to your generosity in donating to the Auction held that night. It was heartwarming to receive such generosity from businesses like yours within our community. As a result of the auction, you and your business have played a significant role in supporting the life-changing work that Christine’s Place does throughout the year.

The funds raised will allow us to continue to provide a safe place for young women and their families facing a challenging time in their life; a place where they can be nurtured and given assistance. Thank you so much for your generous contribution. You have truly made a difference and we thank you for your support.

Sincerely, On behalf of the Christine’s Place Board of Directors and Volunteers,

Esther Jennings

Just a note of thanks to you once again for your generous support of the Christine’s Place fundraiser dinner held this past weekend. A crowd of 120 joined us at Hidden Valley Resort for a delicious dinner and auction as we celebrated the work that has taken place over the past year in bringing compassion and hope to women facing crisis pregnancies in Huntsville. Your partnership with us in this is so valued and appreciated.

A special thanks from Ironman Muskoka

Jason and Kelly,

I am sorry that this email is coming two weeks after the Ironman 70.3 Muskoka, but I have worked hard to unplug for a bit as I have traveled over in Europe. This year’s events, the 5150/sprint and 70.3, brought over 3500 athletes and an estimated 11000 spectators to our area from around the globe. I just wanted to say thank you very much for supporting us with the generous donation of you letting us use your trucks for the event…they were put to good use! Your support of our not for profit organization that is made up solely of volunteers that are passionate about our community and our area was tremendously appreciated.

Without your support, we would not be able to host these prestigious events in our community. These races are known as one of, in not the, toughest triathlon races around the world. The 70.3 course, aptly and endearingly named as “The Beast”, is equally balanced out by “The Beauty” that our community and its courses have to offer visiting athletes and their support team members. We continually work hard to find new opportunities to promote our sponsoring partners throughout the year and have already begun on our planning for the 2014 season. We will be in touch with you in a few weeks to discuss this so as to allow you to plan it into your budgets.

Thank you once again, and I look forward to hopefully partnering with you again in 2014.

A special thanks from the Anishinabek Nation 7th Generation Charity

Dear Mr. Armstrong,

On behalf of the Anishinabek Nation 7th Generation Charity, our Anishinabek communities, and citizens, I would like to thank you for your generous sponsorship of our 16th Annual Anishinabek Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament. The event will be taking place on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at the Mark O’Meara Course at Grandview Golf Club in Huntsville, ON. The AN7GC is committed to improving the quality of life in our Anishinabek communities and for our citizens by providing support, where no other funding exists, in the areas of education, health, youth initiatives, and culture as well as providing help in emergency situations and disaster relief.

Your commitment to the AN7GC is sincerely appreciated and allows us to overcome the challenges we face in raising funds and continue to assist in the very important areas.

We are looking forward to a great fundraising event in June

Kind Regards,

Jason Restoule

A special thanks from Christine’s Place

We were overwhelmed by the support for Christine’s Place during our recent fundraiser dinner on November 15th. Thanks to you and your organization, the efforts to provide support to women in crisis pregnancies in Huntsville will continue to expand in Huntsville. Over the past three years of operation, 140 clients have been assisted. Currently, numerous support systems are being implemented at Christine’s Place to provide clients with opportunities for personal growth. The vision to make an impact on young lives and empower them has led Christine’s Place to embark on a new venture in the public school system to educate youth about their incredible value as human beings. Your partnership is so valued and appreciated.

Gratefully,

Christine’s Place Pregnancy Support Centre
